What the service delivers
e-CPF
The individual's certificate, as A1 (a file, one year) or A3 (token, card or cloud, up to three years). It signs documents, opens e-CAC, grants gold level on gov.br and lets you issue powers of attorney from wherever you are.
e-CNPJ
The company's certificate, issued to the director listed in the QSA or the articles of association. It files obligations, signs corporate acts and represents the CNPJ before the Revenue.
Renewal
Anyone whose certificate was first issued in Brazil renews with us without travelling: a new video validation, a new certificate, the same holder.
Usage guidance
Installation, first signature and first e-CAC login accompanied by people who know the Brazilian systems and the hurdles of being far away.

Real case
Illustrative scenario. An airline pilot based in Frankfurt spends whole weeks between layovers and cannot book anything during Brazilian business hours. He left Brazil four years ago, never formalised his tax exit and, when he tried to enter e-CAC through gov.br, facial validation failed because his CNH expired after the move. His accountant in Recife asked for an electronic power of attorney, but without e-CAC access he had no way to grant it. With a valid Brazilian passport, he did the video validation in a gap between flights, installed the e-CPF A1 on his laptop and, that same evening, granted the power of attorney to the accountant and reviewed the backlog of pending items. — A frequent profile among professionals with irregular rosters
What changes when the service happens outside Brazil
The client's hours, not Brazil's
Sessions are booked in the time zone of the person on the other side of the camera, from Vancouver to Tokyo.
Two languages
Service in Portuguese and English, useful for the foreigner with a CPF and for the spouse who joins the session.
Payment outside Brazil
No Brazilian bank account or card needed; the amount is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before booking.
Knowledge of local hurdles

“My time zone is impossible”
The schedule is built around your local hours, including for people in Asia or Oceania. Just state your city in the first message.
“My RG has expired”
A valid Brazilian passport or CNH replaces the RG. If none of the three is current, we tell you which one to renew before booking.
“Is video validation safe?”
The session follows the same in-person ritual required by ICP-Brasil; the private key is generated and stays with you, and no password ever passes through us.
“Is it worth it compared with a trip?”
