What an RA does — and what it does not
Verifies identity
Compares the Brazilian photo ID, the CPF and the person in front of the camera. Without this step, no CA can issue an ICP-Brasil certificate.
Forwards issuance
Once identity is approved, the RA authorises the CA — in our case, Certisign — to generate the certificate tied to your CPF or your company's CNPJ.
Does not keep your key
The private key is created by and stays with the holder. The RA never sees the password, cannot recover the PIN and cannot sign anything on your behalf.
Does not replace the CA or ITI
The hierarchy is ITI (root) → AC Certisign → RA → holder. The RA's institutional role is described in ICP-Brasil registration authority; this page is about doing it from outside the country.

“How do I know you are a genuine RA?”
Ask. We show our accreditation with AC Certisign and the name of the company behind the brand, Kindness in Business Consulting Ltd, registered in the UK. The ICP-Brasil structure is public on ITI's website.
“Is video validation as secure as in person?”
The session follows ICP-Brasil rules for remote identification, with the original document on camera and the check recorded. The resulting certificate is the same, issued by the same CA.
“My clients are in different time zones from mine”
Each client books their own session at a convenient time. The partner does not need to attend.
“Is there a minimum volume to be a partner?”
There is no entry number: we start with a conversation about who you serve and adjust the flow to your pace.
Transparent pricing
This is the reference for e-CPFs and e-CNPJs issued after video validation or in-person validation in London. Partners receive the programme's terms in a separate conversation, with no figures published here.
