Applying the 8 checks to Certificado Digital Global
1. Accredited RA
We are a Registration Authority accredited to the Certisign CA, part of ICP-Brasil under ITI.
2. Issuing CA
The Certisign CA. The AC-Raiz → Certisign CA chain is embedded in the issued certificate.
3. Verifiable company
Kindness in Business Consulting Ltd, United Kingdom, Company No. 10386293 — searchable at Companies House.
4. Password and PIN
We do not ask for them, do not receive them and cannot recover them. A forgotten password means revoking and issuing another.
5. Identity validation
Always by video call with an RA agent, or in person in London. No exceptions.
6. Price in writing
From €200, with the firm quote sent on WhatsApp before any document.
7. ITI validator
Sign a test PDF and check it at validar.iti.gov.br; the result shows your name, CPF and the full chain.
8. LGPD
Documents used solely for the validation ICP-Brasil requires; deletion on request, subject to the RA's retention obligations.
Illustrative scenario: the teacher in Bangkok and the "no video" offer
Real case
Illustrative scenario. A Portuguese-language teacher in Bangkok needs to sign the deed donating a flat in Recife to her mother. In a group of Brazilians in Thailand, someone offers "an e-CPF in two days, just send a photo of your passport and the PIN you want". It is precisely the PIN that makes her suspicious: why would a service need it? She runs the checks on this page — the offer names no CA, there is no company in any public register, and video validation is dismissed as "unnecessary bureaucracy". She walks away from that offer, writes to us, looks up our registration at Companies House and does the video validation at eight in the evening in Bangkok, ten in the morning in Recife. Once issued, she signs a test PDF, checks it on ITI's validator and only then signs the deed through e-Notariado. — A typical mix: an active Brazilian community, a tight deadline and offers that shortcut what cannot be shortcut
What a serious service will never do
Ask for the password "to install it for you"
A1 installation can be guided over screen share, but the password is typed by you alone. Whoever knows it can sign in your name.
Promise a guaranteed turnaround
Issuance depends on validation, the CPF's status and the CA itself. Unqualified "within 24 hours" promises are marketing, not process.
Skip the video
Without live identity validation, what is being sold is not an ICP-Brasil certificate — or it is being issued irregularly.
Charge without saying what is included
A firm price includes validation and issuance; a token, if any, and validity choices are itemised before payment.
Before deciding: objections from people who have already been careful
"What if I send my documents and the service vanishes?"
That is why checks 3 and 6 come before sending anything. With a company in a public register and a price in writing, you have someone to hold accountable; without those, send nothing.
"Is a certificate issued outside Brazil the same as one issued inside?"
Yes. What matters is the chain: ITI's AC-Raiz → Certisign CA → your certificate. Where the holder was during validation does not change its validity.
"My document has expired — can something be arranged?"
No, and a service that says yes is skipping a rule. Use a passport, RG or CNH within validity; if none is, renew the document first.
"Wouldn't it be safer to wait and sort it out in Brazil?"
Safety comes from the process, not the place. Video validation with an accredited RA and issuance by the CA are the same rite whether you are in Bangkok or Belém.
Transparent pricing
This is the starting point for an e-CPF or e-CNPJ issued by the Certisign CA with video validation. You receive the firm figure in the conversation, read what is included and decide — no document is requested before that.
The difference between A1 and A3 and the chosen validity make up the final amount; there is no hidden charge and no "urgency fee".
